replaced a load-bearing wall with a beam
pulled out a bunch of concrete
dug a 90 foot long trench from the road to the house
and installed a new sewer
installed insulated skirting between the piers
rebuilt and skirted all the piers along the front side of the house
and skirted the previously rebuilt piers on the east side
then a coat of "quickwall"
decided to take out the second chimney
rebuilt the final section of floor
removed the roof over the front half of the house
built the new bearing wall
installed ceiling joists
new ridgeboard
cut rafters
and we've almost got a roof...
